HOW TO MEASURE
Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level. For a dress or western shirt add 4–6"; for a tee or polo add 3–4".
Waist — Measure around your natural waist, just above the hip bone. Don't pull the tape tight.
Shoulder — Measure across the back, from the outer edge of one shoulder seam to the other.
Sleeve — Measure from the shoulder seam down the outside of the arm to the cuff, elbow slightly bent.
