All returns should be processed through the app for faster and smoother handling.
If you choose to return your item outside the app, it will only be accepted if it is not a clearance item and you email your shipping information to support@platinijeans.com.
Returns of clearance items made outside the app will not be refunded or returned.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Note: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Refund Options
You may choose between:

A refund to your original payment method, or
-
A store credit, if requested within 30 days.
Once you select store credit, you cannot later request a refund to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

The item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error.

The item is returned after the 30-day window.
Refund amounts will be determined after inspection of the returned product.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:

That your item has arrived, and
-
Whether your refund or exchange has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days (processing time may vary by bank).
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as posting delays can occur.

Contact your bank, since processing times vary.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

Defective or damaged items upon arrival.

Sizing exchanges: If you need a different size, you may request it through the app by paying only the shipping label — no need to place a new order.
Final Sale / Clearance Items
All clearance or final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If these items are sent back outside of the Redo app, they will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances.
