Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD (after discounts and before taxes).
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a $10 flat rate for ground shipping will apply.
Transit times for free and ground shipping vary based on your location.

Expedited Shipping Options

For faster delivery, we also offer:

  • UPS 1-Day Air Shipping

  • UPS 3-Day Select Shipping

These expedited options are available at checkout, and their cost must be paid by the customer.
Transit times are guaranteed by UPS once the order is processed and shipped.

International Shipping

  • Canada: Flat rate of $25.00 USD per order.

  • Rest of the World: Flat rate of $35.00 USD per order.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday), excluding national holidays when carriers do not operate.

All shipments are handled through UPS or USPS, depending on the best available service for your area.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Verification & Credit Card Authorization

Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is entered correctly during checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays in processing your order.

If your order requires manual verification or further review, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
